This is such a wonderful and versatile set which can be arranged in a variety of configurations for hour and hours of imaginative play.
It is also a fantastic base for a collector to display Barbies with its almost limitless variations and accessibility.
Condition issues to note: Some of the plants are missing and some have missing pieces/damaged. Two of the support sleeves are missing and two or three others are cracked but useable and damage is not evident when assembled.  I cleaned decades worth of grime and dust accumulation after decades in storage, but some crevices may require further cleaning. One tab on the closet is missing but does not seem to affect its stability.
Aside from the aforementioned, this set is in wonderful shape without breaks or splits.
This item has been disassembled for ease of shipping. Will ship in two boxes since this set is very large. As I carefully took it apart I double-checked each groove and peg for additional damage, so there should be no surprises, I'm hoping. Assembly instruction are available free online.
Other sellers use "complete" to describe their house which are missing accessories, so be wary. Check for support beam covers, porch lights, closet, floor extensions, etc.
