This was in my aunts storage box when she passed away. From a non smoking home. There is an open flap for a record that is blank, so it must have been a two record storybook. I only have one “blue”colored record. The binder is coming apart at the seam. I think page 1&2 are missing, because it starts on page 3. (See pictures) it must have been an old treasure of my aunts because I am 65 years old and never saw or heard this record with storybook. All pages have some stains and the inside cover has my cousins name in it! She was born in 1945. Some pages also have tears and rips too.
